We are famous for our award-winning wood fire pizza & now you, your colleagues, friends & children can learn the secrets of traditional wood fire pizza as our Pizza Chefs take you through the history of pizza making & the techniques that make the perfect pizza! Photography Disclosure Statement
By attending any Criniti's restaurant, you agree that we can take photographs of you and your guests, being adults or children. If you are booking a function or an event, we ask that you provide a copy of this document to each of your guests. You agree by attending Criniti's restaurants and/or events, that you/your image (moving or still) may be photographed/taken and may be used in Criniti's marketing material, multimedia material, social media sites or any other hard copy or digital format (collectively the images). By attending Criniti's restaurants, you acknowledge that all right, title and interest in the images shall vest in Criniti's who may, at their absolute discretion, use any of the images for commercial or non-commercial purposes anywhere in the world.
KIDS PIZZA CLASSES

Looking for a fun activity for your little ones? Whether it's for a birthday, special occasion or just a day out with the kids, our very own pizza chefs will teach them how to prepare traditional wood fire pizza, from kneading the dough to customising their own toppings! Let Criniti's take care of everything while you sit back, relax & witness your little ones become certified pizza chefs!
CLASS BREAKDOWN:
- $45 per child (minimum of 10 children) | $39 per child for La Famiglia members
- 1.5 hour duration
- Available in New South Wales at Criniti's Castle Hill, Darling Harbour, Manly, Woolloomooloo, Kotara & Wollongong
- Available in Victoria at Criniti's Carlton & Southbank
- Package consists of custom themed invitations, mini chef uniforms, gift bags, balloon decorations, prizes, our Criniti's pizza cake, pizza & drinks
- For children between the ages of 6 - 15 years
- A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to make a booking
- For bookings, please fill in the following form & our Reservations team will respond to you within 24 hours
On the day your children will:
- Make pizza dough alongside our chef as they learn how to mix raw ingredients through & dough stretching
- Customise their own pizza with their favourite toppings
- Put their skills to the test with fun competitions where prizes will be won
- Taste their creations
- Enjoy our famous Criniti’s pizza cake & drinks
- Take home their mini chef uniform & a gift bag
- A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to make a booking
- Please ensure your Kids Pizza Party has been confirmed by our Reservations team prior to making payment
- Full payment is required for each guest attending to secure your booking
- Please note that a refund will not be issued for a decrease in numbers

CORPORATE PIZZA CLASSES
TAKE YOUR TEAM BUILDING EVENT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Our chefs & our award winning team will work with you & your colleagues to take you through the origins of pizza making, review the difference in cooking techniques & get hands-on creating your own masterpieces while you drink, eat & enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of Criniti's.
CLASS BREAKDOWN:
- $89 per person (minimum 15 guests)
- 2 hour duration
- Hosted by a Criniti's Pizza Chef
On the day, you & your colleagues will:
- Enjoy a round of selected house beverages including wine, beer, juice or soft drink upon arrival
- Learn the origins of pizza making & Southern Italian pizza traditions
- Review the difference in pizza making cooking techniques & explain why wood fire pizza is Criniti's preferred method
- Explain the matching of different pizza toppings
- Demonstrate pizza dough rolling, stretching & spinning
- Make your very own pizza with your favourite toppings & taste everyones creations
- Work together as a team to complete different challenges, competitions & games
Afterwards, unwind & indulge as you enjoy Criniti's wood fire pizza & our famous Criniti’s pizza cake & enjoy a take home gift bag.
