Please insure you have confirmed availability for your reservation of 20+ guests with the reservations team & you have thoroughly read over the following information before completing & submitting this form. Booking Deposit & Payment. To secure your function booking a deposit of $500 is required for reservations of 20 – 39 guests and a deposit of $1000 for 40+ guests.

Please complete the following Deposit Form to make payment. The final payment can be paid in full on the day of your event, less the deposit amount. This deposit is non-refundable (with exception to the cancellation policy) & will not be reimbursed in any other format. The amount will strictly only be deducted from the final bill at your event.

PLEASE NOTE: For all bookings that fall on a public holiday or a Sunday, a 10% surcharge will apply.

Photography Disclosure Statement

By attending any Criniti's restaurant, you agree that we can take photographs of you and your guests, being adults or children. If you are booking a function or an event, we ask that you provide a copy of this document to each of your guests. You agree by attending Criniti’s restaurants and/or events, that you/your image (moving or still) may be photographed/taken and may be used in Criniti’s marketing material, multimedia material, social media sites or any other hard copy or digital format (collectively the images). By attending Criniti’s restaurants, you acknowledge that all right, title and interest in the images shall vest in Criniti’s who may, at their absolute discretion, use any of the images for commercial or non-commercial purposes anywhere in the world.


In the regrettable situation that you need to cancel your event booking, notification is required in writing & the following charges applies. For notice provided less than 7 days prior to your event booking, 100% of the booking deposit will be retained by Criniti’s. Final numbers of your event must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your booking. Please note that the number of guests confirmed by this time is the number of guests that will charged for the set menu at the time of dining. Please be advised that if numbers decrease from your original booking, the deposit difference will not be refunded. Your deposit will simply be deducted from your final bill at the time of dining.

Duration of Reservation

Please be advised that if your reservation is prior to 8pm, a 2 hour time duration will apply. We kindly ask that you respect your arrival time to ensure the experience of other guests is not impacted. For this reason, please let us know if you’re running more than 15 minutes late.

Menu Requirements

For any special dietary requirements, Criniti’s requires a minimum of 72 hour notice to ensure all your needs are catered for. Any menu changes to your confirmed set menu is required in writing via email no later than 48 hours prior to your event. All menus & prices are based on seasonal produce & are subject to change. Some dishes may contain traces of nuts. If uncertain of the number of guests for your booking, we recommend booking for the maximum expected amount to avoid disappointment at a later stage. Please remember to amend this number, if necessary, prior to 48 hours before your booking to avoid being charged.
